ESCAIDE 2023 ePosters submission update
Attention poster presenters for ESCAIDE 2023! The submission process for ePosters is now underway. Submit your ePoster by 30 October.
If you had a poster accepted for the ESCAIDE programme, please check your email for a message from our poster management platform, PosterSessionOnline. The first email, which was sent out on Monday, 25 September, contains crucial details regarding this year's submission process.
Important: Institutional email systems might quarantine emails from unfamiliar senders. If you don't see messages from customer@postersessiononline.eu, check for blocked notifications. If found, ask your IT department to release and whitelist the address.
For a seamless submission experience, we recommend reviewing our guidelines for poster presenters, which also include tips for presentation and promotion during the conference. Additionally, we've provided two templates to help you format your poster.
Please note: poster submissions will remain open from 25 September until 30 October. Make sure to mark these dates!
