Registration
ESCAIDE 2025 will be a hybrid conference and you can register to join us either in Warsaw or online. Registrations to attend the conference online are now open, and registrations for in-person attendance are now limited to participants who have received a code, or who would like to join the waiting list for in-person attendance. Registration is free of charge for both in-person and online participants.
How to register
Registrations are now open to attend the conference online. Registrations to attend the conference in person in Warsaw are now limited to participants who have received a registration code.
Participants without a registration code are welcome to join the waiting list for in-person attendance. When spots to attend the conference in person become available, these will be allocated to participants on the waiting list on a first-come-first-served basis.
Click the link below to access the registration form for online and in-person attendance, or to join the waiting list to attend in person. You will be asked to provide personal contact details, professional information and practical specifications (if you are attending in person). Please make sure your email address is correct, as it will be used for all further communications leading up to the conference.
If you are attending in person, please only register for the day(s) you will attend the conference in Warsaw. In-person attendees will also have access to the online conference platform, and can therefore combine in-person and online registration if needed.
After completing the form, you will be sent a confirmation email from escaide-2025@avolio.tech. If you do not receive this email, check your spam folder, or contact the ESCAIDE team for assistance at escaide.conference@ecdc.europa.eu.
Registration deadlines
Registrations for in-person attendance were open to all until capacity was reached, but registrations for online attendance will remain open up until the conference days. The waiting list is now open for participants wishing to attend the conference in person, but who have not received a registration code.
Registration for participants with a code will be open until 12 September. Abstract presenters are required to register by 12 September, regardless of whether they are attending in person or online.
Changes to your registration
If you need to make any changes to your registration (for example, to switch from in-person to online attendance), please email escaide.conference@ecdc.europa.eu as soon as possible.
In order to accurately estimate attendance numbers and reduce the chance of no-shows, registered participants will be sent emails in the weeks leading up to the conference to ask them to confirm their attendance.
