Registrations for ESCAIDE 2023 are now open
ESCAIDE 2023 will be held as a hybrid event, both in Barcelona and online. Registrations for both types of attendance are now open – find the registration form on our website.
You can now register to attend ESCAIDE 2023. We’re excited to offer the conference as a hybrid event, allowing participants to attend in-person or online. You can find the link to the online registration form below, along with important information about the registration process. Make sure you register before 15 September if you plan to join us in-person in Barcelona. Registrations for online participation will remain open until the conference days.
For the second year in a row, the conference will be held as a hybrid event. All participants, both in-person or online, will have access to the online conference platform, Swapcard, where the plenary sessions, abstract presentations and poster tours will be live-streamed. The platform will allow online participants to be fully immersed in ESCAIDE, accessing the conference’s content and interacting with speakers and the audience in the chat.
The preparations for ESCAIDE 2023 are well underway. We've received a record number of abstract submissions, which are now undergoing a review process by our dedicated pool of expert reviewers. Abstract authors will be notified of the decisions by 16 June.
We hope you’ll join us to experience an exciting three days of discussions about all aspects of infectious diseases and epidemiology. Our programme is packed with plenaries and side events, and opportunities to network with public health professionals from around Europe and the world. Some elements of the programme are still being finalised, but you can find a preliminary progamme on our website.
