Attending ESCAIDE
ESCAIDE 2026 is taking place from 18-20 November in Stockholm and online. The conference is free of charge for both in-person and online participants.
Registrations for in-person attendance have reached capacity, and is only open for those who register using a registration code. Registrations for online attendance will remain open until the conference days.
Location: ESCAIDE 2026 will be held as a hybrid event in Stockholm and online from 18 to 20 November. The conference venue is the Waterfront Congress Centre, and online attendance is also available.
Hybrid ESCAIDE: All registered participants will have access to the conference online platform, where they can browse the programme, view live sessions and connect with other participants. Session recordings will remain available on the online platform after the conference has ended.
Registration fees: Conference registration is free of charge for both in-person and online participants.
Registration deadlines: Registrations can be made in the link below. In-person spots are only available for participants who have received a registration code. Registrations to attend online will remain open until the conference days, without capacity limit.
