ESCAIDE 2023: Join us from 22 to 24 November for free, in-person and online

news

Exciting news for all those interested in public health and epidemiology: the European Scientific Conference on Applied Infectious Disease Epidemiology (ESCAIDE) will be taking place from 22 to 24 November 2023, as a hybrid event, offering attendees the option to participate either in-person or online, and completely free of charge.

ESCAIDE has become the go-to event for public health professionals and researchers to come together, share knowledge and best practices, and discuss the latest developments in the field. With a packed program of plenary discussions, abstract presentations, side-events and workshops, ESCAIDE offers unparalleled opportunities to learn, network, and engage with experts and peers from Europe and around the world.

This year's conference will be held in the beautiful city of Barcelona, a cultural hub and a leader in research and innovation. For those who are able to attend in person, the conference will provide a unique opportunity to explore the city and enjoy its sights and sounds, while also benefiting from the immersive experience of being physically present at the event.

For those who are unable to travel, or who prefer to participate remotely, ESCAIDE 2023 will also be offering a comprehensive online program, which will allow attendees to access all of the same content and interactive tools as those attending in person.

And the best news? All of this is completely free of charge! The European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control, as organiser and funder of ESCAIDE is thrilled to be able to offer this year's event to everyone who wants to participate.

Registration information and timelines will be announced soon, so keep an eye on the ESCAIDE website and social media channels for updates. Don't miss this fantastic opportunity to learn, connect, and contribute to the global effort to prevent and control infectious diseases. We can't wait to see you there, whether in-person or online!
